As they continue to innovate and expand their suite of products, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead their product strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the company’s CEO and Product team to establish the overall product strategy, aligning with the company’s vision and goals
• Be a leader of a cross-functional product team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of product increments
• Build a team of product specialists which is driven to disrupt a market by applying leading technology
• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centric products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define the product roadmap
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and user needs
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of the product, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Head of Product or in a senior product management role, with a proven track record of successfully leading and supporting inter-dependent and multicultural teams
• 2+ years of experience in maritime tech product management, with a proven track record of developing, launching and scaling digital products
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile practices, discovery methods & techniques, and user-centered design principles
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align product initiatives with business objectives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Certification as a Product owner
