• Excellent knowledge and management of Microsoft products (Windows, Office 365, etc.)
• Experience in troubleshooting within a Windows environment
• Experience in monitoring and managing firewalls, antivirus, and secure email gateways
• Knowledge and experience in networks (LAN, WAN), switching, routing, network security/firewalling, VPNs, Internal Segmentation, NAT
• Experience in VMware Hypervisors and Microsoft Windows Server Services & Technologies (AD, Entra ID, Group Policies, CA, DHCP, DNS, IIS)
• Experience in Linux servers
• Cybersecurity Compliance Documentation (Regulatory compliance with international cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, DORA)

• Web Application Security (WAF) and Optimization
• Open Threat Intelligence Platform
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Backup & Restore systems
