ROLE SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role:
In this position, the Digital Analyst will gain experience across two important areas of the Colleague Services organization working with both the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and Business Services Manager (BSM) teams, both with a goal of creating exceptional experiences for colleagues who are working with and leveraging our digital tools.
The position will be responsible for providing support for the SDM and BSM teams to (1) ensure the SDM team deliver high quality, consistent, and repeatable end user support experience to Pfizer colleagues via a multi-channel service support strategy and (2) ensure the BSM team is a key enabler for Pfizer Digital Client Partners by delivering critical digital operational work in support of business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
• Perform data analysis to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Learn about and advocate for Pfizer’s Digital Colleague Services, from self service via the Digital on Demand portal, to how our global service desks and site services teams operate.
• Partner with Pfizer Digital Line and market contacts to ensure the solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Assist the SDM and BSM teams in providing support to its clients.
• Support adapting global materials to meet local needs.
• Collaborate with other Pfizer Digital teams to resolve cross-functional service and support issues and escalate when needed.
• Understand client’s operational needs and how to make them reality through Pfizer Digital offerings and service providers.
Analyze business requests to determine how best to create successful resolution and direct to appropriate Creation Center.
