Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a strategic digital initiative at our client’s. The role is part of an MVP project involving the design and development of a native mobile application — a key investment in our client’s customer-facing digital services.
You will join a structured delivery team, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to shape and support the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements
- Document functional needs in the form of user stories, flow diagrams, and specifications
- Contribute to process mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Coordinate closely with developers and testers during feature delivery
- Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
- Participate in demos, UAT support, and ongoing product iteration
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of software delivery cycles (Agile/Scrum)
- Comfortable working with business users and technical teams
- Familiarity with requirements documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Fluency in Greek and English
