The Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team and designing architectural solutions for enterprise applications based on Java and Spring Boot. The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the quality, security, and scalability of the delivered solutions.
Role Purpose
To provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, with the goal of delivering high-quality enterprise applications using Java Enterprise and Spring Boot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical standards and best practices for Java and Spring Boot development.
- Mentor and guide team developers.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews.
- Design and implement architectural solutions for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align with the overall system architecture.
- Actively participate in the development of critical modules.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical effort estimations and timeline assessments.
Core Tasks
- Define technical specifications and development standards.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Manage databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Implement secure and scalable APIs.
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java Enterprise development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Good understanding of application security and best practices.
