Must Have:
- Java / OOP, solid knowledge (e.g. inheritance, encapsulation etc.)
- Unit/integration testing, basic knowledge -no preference on tools-
- Coding principles/good practices, basic knowledge (SOLID, KISS, DRY)
- Agile way-of-working/Scrum, basic knowledge
- Teamwork, solid experience
Nice to have:
- Coding principles/good practices, solid knowledge
- Testing using Spock, solid knowledge
- Testing using Selenium/Cucumber, basic knowledge
- Bootstrap, basic knowledge
- CMS -any kind-, basic knowledge
- IBM Watson Assistant, basic knowledge
- Insurance domain, basic knowledge
