We are looking for an experienced SAP Product Owner to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure effective delivery of relevant application services by leveraging specialist system knowledge and business knowledge in the areas of Sales and Distribution. The role involves translating business specifications into effective, efficient, and compliant business solutions, working on business change projects and enhancement processes, and providing specialist application and solution support for specific elements of the application estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Works as a Subject Matter Expert for a relevant defined application & functional scope on business projects in line with business strategy.
- Quickly grasps user requirements and solution options.
- Owns enhancements & project tasks translating functional requirements into solution design, build, test (co-ordinating UAT) and deployment.
- Works on agreed projects and changes within the agreed time limits.
- Provides expert second-line support to IT users in line with agreed SLAs.
- Investigates incidents and identifies and mobilizes resources required to aid resolution, escalates SLA breaches.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the Change Management process.
- Vendor liaison to support service delivery to agreed SLAs.
- Supports the incident root cause analysis process, Initiates problem management.
- Supports continuous process improvement.
- Ensures compliance with Internal Control processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree standard or able to demonstrate appropriate significant and relevant experience in Sales and Distribution systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Commerce and CRM principles in a Consumer Goods environment .
- Certified in Sap (S/4Hana) in SD.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an SAP consulting or implementation environment.
- Effective communication – technical and non-technical.
- Understand enterprise architecture comments.
- Supports innovative thinking.
- Adept at defining & building system solutions from business requirements.
- Creative systems design and rigorous implementation.
- Problem analysis and solving.
- Adept at producing high quality documentation.
- Process orientation – capable of quality process mapping.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Commerce and CRM principles in a Consumer Goods environment.
- Experience in SAP consulting or implementation environments (S/4HANA SD).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts.
- Experience in process mapping and continuous process improvement.
- Exposure to vendor management and SLA-driven service delivery.
Salary (Ind.): 2800-3000 € / Per month Gross
