You will be joining a large-scale Digital Transformation project delivered by one of the world’s leading consulting and technology organizations. Our partner collaborates with some of the most recognized companies across industries, helping them reimagine customer experiences, modernize digital products, and accelerate innovation through technology. The team is diverse, multinational, and highly collaborative, bringing together experts in design, engineering, strategy, and delivery to create impactful digital solutions for organizations and end users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
• Improve user experience through usability best practices and user feedback.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and product ideation.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile products.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with prototyping, auto-layout, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with design systems and usability principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects or case studies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing digital products within enterprise, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Experience collaborating within Agile/Scrum product teams alongside developers and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and design handoff processes to support seamless implementation between design and development teams.
