You will be joining a large-scale European technology project supporting the delivery and continuous evolution of mission-critical digital solutions for major public-sector and enterprise organizations. Our partner is a well-established IT services provider with a strong presence across Europe, known for delivering complex software engineering and digital transformation initiatives. Operating within an international and multicultural environment, the project focuses on ensuring the reliability, enhancement, and long-term sustainability of key business applications through modern delivery practices and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate an 8-member software delivery team,
• Oversee Evolutive and Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Monitor team workload, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery planning activities.
• Track incidents, issues, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and delivery standards.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive mitigation actions.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and project progress.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Exposure to Incident Management and Service Management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira and related collaboration tools is considered a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in large-scale enterprise or public-sector technology projects.
• Familiarity with delivery KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Experience managing maintenance and application support services (Evolutive & Corrective Maintenance).
• Exposure to risk, dependency, and issue management practices.
• Experience working in multicultural and international project environments.
