We are looking for a Product Owner to join an exciting long term project through Code.Hub, supporting a high impact team within a well established international igaming organization. This is a permanent opportunity, offering stability and the chance to work on complex, large scale digital products.

The role sits within a department focused on regulatory and compliance related initiatives, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements.

Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that product features are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered effectively. You will work closely with backend engineers and cross functional teams, contributing to the development of robust, scalable software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Gather, analyze, and translate business and compliance needs into detailed product requirements
• Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support feature development
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, especially backend developers, to ensure technical feasibility and alignment
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a key point of communication between stakeholders, product, and development teams
• Support the delivery of regulatory and compliance driven product initiatives
• Continuously refine and improve product processes and workflows

Requirements

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product focused role within a technology environment
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and participating in technical discussions
• Hands on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured deliverables
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or structured environments will be considered a strong plus
