Position Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join their QA Chapter. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliability and performance of their software products through thoughtful testing and collaboration. You’ll be involved in mostly manual but also automated testing efforts, working closely with developers and product teams to build high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Test Planning & Execution: Help design, execute, and maintain test cases for new
and existing features.
• Bug Reporting: Identify and report issues clearly, working with the development
team to resolve them.
• Automation Support: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Team Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and product managers to
understand feature requirements and test accordingly.
• Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on QA best practices and tools,
contributing to the team’s overall improvement.
What You Bring
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years in a QA or software testing role, with exposure to both
manual and automated testing.
• Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with testing principles, bug tracking, and Agile
methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, and version control systems (e.g.,
Git).
• Communication: Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly in
both writing and speech.
Team Mindset: A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from and support
Others.
Nice to Have (but not required)
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Basic programming skills (JavaScript, Java, or Python) for scripting.
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and how testing fits into them.
