Our client is seeking a Senior SAP FICO and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to oversee complex projects and drive SAP FICO solutions. This senior-level role involves managing full project lifecycles, ensuring successful SAP FICO implementations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for SAP FICO implementations, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met.
• SAP FICO Expertise: Provide deep SAP FICO expertise to design, configure, and optimize financial and controlling processes. Oversee system integration and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to avoid project delays. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews. Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or relevant postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong track record in managing large-scale SAP projects.
• Certifications: SAP FICO certification is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
