• Oversee SOC staff, ensuring coverage, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Establish and update SOC policies, procedures, and playbooks for consistent incident response.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of security incidents, ensuring proper investigation, resolution, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates on SOC activities and incident responses.
• Implement and maintain SOC tools to ensure they are optimized and effective in real-time threat detection.
• Track SOC performance, conduct threat assessments, enhance team skills, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

• Lead the SOC team, ensuring effective coverage, resource allocation, and adherence to budget.
• Create and maintain SOC policies and incident response playbooks to provide consistent, high-quality service to clients.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of security incidents, ensuring proper investigation, resolution, and documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, updating them on security operations and incident responses.
• Implement and optimize SOC tools, keeping them effective and up-to-date for timely threat detection and response.
• Track SOC performance through KPIs, conduct threat assessments and continuously enhance team skills, workflows, and processes.
