Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design end-to-end Integration solutions to meet specific business needs and ensure compliance with the IT Security Policies and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of developers. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Must – Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert-level knowledge of front-end development with Angular, including experience building reusable components and optimizing performance.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python for back-end development and scripting.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Deep understanding of SQL, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling (PL/SQL experience is a plus).
- Experience as a team leader will be considered an Asset.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have skills:
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services area
- Experience in AWS.
- Knowledge of ETL and IS daily operations.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
