WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and leading the implementation of end-to-end IT solutions for a large-scale migration project. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of technologies and provide architectural expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient systems. This role involves engaging in technical discussions, coordinating resources, and monitoring project risks to deliver a successful solution aligned with the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end IT solutions encompassing front-end, API, integration, and BPM layers using Angular, .NET, Apache Camel/Java, and IBM BAW
• Act as a liaison between developers, stakeholders, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical specifications
• Lead and coordinate teams during the design and implementation phases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Identify, monitor, and propose remediation actions for project risks and issues
• Oversee the creation of technical and architectural design documents, ensuring clarity and completeness
• Participate in technical discussions with client departments (enterprise architecture, infrastructure, system, and network teams) and handle client interactions with professionalism
• Review vendor solutions and estimates, ensuring compliance with project requirements and constraints
• Manage the development lifecycle and ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, and 5+ years working directly with software development teams
• Proven experience with Angular, .NET, Apache Camel/Java, and IBM BAW
• Strong understanding of application architecture and IT solution design
• Familiarity with debugging tools, methodologies, and Agile development practices
• Experience with large-scale migration projects, particularly in the banking sector, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Team leadership and collaboration skills to effectively manage internal and client resources
• Self-motivated with sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary
