They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of their products by understanding the user and business needs and transforming them into digital experience. You will create products that are intuitive, simple, and targeted to meet business goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include introducing new experiences and improving usability, accessibility, and excitement associated with their product.

Responsibilities

• Make design ideas tangible for the team and clients through visual storytelling, service design, and interaction design techniques.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions or features.
• Accountable for definition and execution of visual design language by translating the brand identity system into digital touchpoints.
• Follow a user-centric design approach and evaluate your designs based on the test and iteration model.
• Ability to present, explain and defend the advantages and trade-offs of your design and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to create and maintain a Design System.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong UI/UX skills, experience with Design Systems.
• Knowledge of standard design applications (i.e. Figma, Photoshop, InVision).
• Κknowledge of prototyping methods, ranging from sketching to digital prototypes.
• Understand Visual Design and Data Visualization as discipline and practice.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Team spirit.
• Ability to work with strict deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Digital, or Media Design or a related field.
