The ReGeneration Initiative: AI 360º School, in alliance with ReGeneration’s mission and Microsoft’s commitment to strengthening access to digital skills and economic opportunity in Greece, is delivered by Code.Hub in exclusive collaboration with Athens Tech College, invites you to participate in an educational program about the most trending topics in the Tech World right now: AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI
This initiative aims to democratize access to opportunities for people in Greece, by offering up/re-skilling knowledge and application of cutting-edge technologies and AI, and make sustainable steps towards achieving equity in the market.
Why participate
The purpose of the program is to provide the skills needed to unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence. In the age of AI, market research shows that knowledge of how AI works and applies in everyday business work is a highly demanded skill of today and probably a must for the future. This ReGeneration Initiative: AI 360º School is a 360 school on the most sought-after and competitive AI technologies and tools, combined with Microsoft’s digital training tools and ReGeneration’s expertise.
Key Objectives – Curriculum
This program will present, explore and adequately cover with extended hands-on sessions & real-life case studies in the area of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Learning & Development Methodology & Structure
The training program includes three (3) distinct learning paths for participants of NON-stem, STEM, and Computer Science backgrounds.
Each path consists of 10-hours of training on the below modules:
Non-STEM Path:
This path is mostly intended for individuals without a STEM background (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields). By choosing this Learning Path, participants will be introduced to basic concepts and use cases of trending technologies: AI, ML & Generative AI, and will familiarize themselves with basic ML processes and tools.
- Pathway Module 1: Introduction to AI, ML & Generative AI (2 hours)
- Pathway Module 2: Azure Machine Learning Studio (2 hours)
- Elective Module 3: ML Workflow (2 hours)
- Elective Module 4: Extra concepts and examples of Generative AI (2 hours)
- Free Choice Module 5: Any of the elective modules of the STEM or the Computer Science Paths (2 hours)
STEM Path:
This path is mostly intended for individuals with a STEM background, and that are already familiar with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. By choosing this Learning Path, participants will explore concepts and use cases of AI, ML and Generative AI, and will acquire the skills to effectively design and implement Machine Learning models for various applications.
- Pathway Module 1: Introduction to AI, ML & Generative AI (2 hours)
- Pathway Module 2: Azure Machine Learning Studio (2 hours)
- Elective Module 3: Classification (2 hours)
- Elective Module 4: Regression & Clustering (2 hours)
- Free Choice Module 5: Any of the elective modules of the non-STEM or the Computer Science Paths (2 hours)
Computer Science Path:
This path is mostly intended for individuals with studies in Computer Science, who can understand the basics of AI & ML. By choosing this Learning Path, participants will deep dive into AI, ML and Generative AI concepts and tools, and gain the knowledge and skills needed to leverage Python, Workspaces, and related tools for effective training and optimization of artificial intelligence models.
- Pathway Module 1: AI, ML, Generative AI (2 hours)
- Pathway Module 2: Azure Machine Learning Studio (2 hours)
- Elective Module 3: Python, Workspaces & Tools (2 hours)
- Elective Module 4: Training & Optimization of AI (2 hours)
- Free Choice Module 5: Any of the elective modules of the non-STEM or the STEM Paths (2 hours)
Important Notes
Important Note 1: There will also be an e-learning course that participants will have the benefit to complete through LinkedIn Learning, in-parallel or after the instructor-led training, which is the “Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn”, and will be encouraged to earn and add to their CV a Microsoft AI certificate that is high in demand in today’s job market.
Important Note 2: As every single person from the 1000 beneficiaries may have had a unique career and educational path through life resulting in a unique combination of knowledge in the subject, these tailored paths are an indication to their intended target audience but are free to be chosen by participants according to their preference and not necessarily according to their educational background. The beneficiaries will be divided into online classes of around 50 beneficiaries in order to increase interaction.
Important Note 3: There will be 2 Modules that will be common for the participants of all Paths and the cohorts will be formulated with participants from different backgrounds to achieve interdisciplinary networking and knowledge sharing.
Important Note 4: Participants that will successfully complete the instructor-led training will receive Code Hub’s Certificate of Successful Completion of this training.
Duration & Schedule

This specific program spans across 1 to 3 training weeks for each participant within the below timeframe, and will be conducted via virtual classroom environment and online collaboration platforms.

Participants will only attend the classes needed to complete the Program (10 hours in total), based on the chosen Learning Path.
Conditions for participation:
The program is designed for individuals around Greece, up to 55 years old.
