This role will play a crucial role in the development and evolution of their enterprise solutions. Working within a dynamic team, you will primarily focus on specific scopes of their solutions, contributing to their enhancement, modernization, and migration towards service-oriented architecture (SOA) and cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect solutions that are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective in a cloud environment.
- Understand and analyze the existing codebase to effectively contribute to modernization efforts.
- Lead efforts to modernize existing applications by refactoring legacy code, implementing new features and optimizing performance.
- Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of architectural solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in software solution architecture, focusing on enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of C# and .NET framework.
- Familiarity with PowerBuilder is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and cloud technologies would be a plus.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, high-performance, and resilient systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
