Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Mid–Senior Front-End Developer with strong experience in Angular to join their team in Athens. In this role, you will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver modern, high-performance web applications.

AI adoption is an important part of the client’s technology direction. You will have the opportunity to leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, as well as contribute ideas on how AI can be integrated into the product to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular (latest versions).
● Design and implement responsive and accessible UI components aligned with Material Design principles
● Optimise application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
● Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-friendly solutions
● Integrate front-end components with backend services via RESTful APIs
● Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best development practices
● Provide guidance and support to junior developers when needed
● Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and AI-driven tools
● Contribute ideas for AI integration that enhance product functionality and user experience

Required Qualifications & Skills

● 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
● Strong expertise in Angular (Angular 17+ preferred)
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
● Experience with RxJS, NgRx, or other state management libraries
● Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (ARIA), and performance optimisation
● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end integration with web services
● Experience with Git and version control best practices
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Interest in AI and its application in development workflows and end-user experience
● Experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
● Understanding of front-end security best practices
