Role Overview
As a Mid-Level Tech Recruiter (Consultant), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while acting as a strategic partner to clients and hiring teams.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles while also leveraging data, market insights, and analytics to guide hiring decisions. This role blends execution, consulting, and reporting, making it ideal for recruiters who want to move beyond delivery into true advisory impact.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Tech Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, DevOps)
- Deliver hiring projects within fast-paced timelines (1–2 week hiring sprints)
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
Consulting & Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and clients
- Define role requirements and hiring strategies collaboratively
- Provide market insights (salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor landscape)
- Influence hiring decisions through structured recommendations
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive tech talent
- Engage with developer communities and networking channels
Technical Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct structured interviews to assess:
- Technical skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Team and culture fit
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time-to-fill
- Offer acceptance rate
- Pipeline conversion rates
- Quality of hire indicators
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring performance
- Create regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
ATS Management & Process Optimization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)
- Identify and implement improvements in recruitment workflows
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives (events, content, social media)
- Represent Code.Hub within the tech community
- Ensure a consistent, engaging candidate journey
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of tech roles (engineering, data, product, DevOps)
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques
- Consulting Mindset: Ability to influence and advise stakeholders
- Analytics Skills: Comfortable working with recruitment data, KPIs, and reporting
- ATS Knowledge: Experience with tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data-driven or consulting-oriented recruitment environments
- Exposure to international or remote hiring
- Knowledge of diversity hiring strategies
- Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification)
