About the Role

We are looking for an Outsourcing Project Manager to join our team at Code.Hub. This role sits within our Outsourcing Services department, which supports a large network of tech professionals working across enterprise-level projects.

Despite the title, this is a people-focused coordination role, centered around communication, organization, and day-to-day support rather than traditional project delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a group of outsourced professionals
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor project experience, engagement, and overall satisfaction
• Gather feedback and identify any challenges or risks early on
• Support day-to-day issues and coordinate internally for resolution when needed
• Maintain structured tracking of updates, feedback, and ongoing topics
• Ensure smooth communication between consultants and internal teams
• Build strong relationships and trust with the professionals you support
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the outsourcing function

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, HR, customer success, or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and structured way of working
• Ability to manage multiple topics and follow-ups simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a people-facing, communication-heavy role

Nice to Have

• Exposure to HR processes, employee support, or onboarding
• Experience working in structured or corporate environments
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM, or ticketing systems
