Business Intelligence & Analytics
Description
The specialized training Business Intelligence & Analytics powered by Code.Hub, in exclusive collaboration with Athens Tech College, invites you to claim a paid full-time position in the business world.
This is an intensive program of theoretical and practical (hands-on) training of both basic and advanced principles in Data & Data Management Systems, Big Data, Data integration, Data analysis, Data Visualization, Business Analytics (Descriptive, Predictive, Prescriptive), Dashboards, Data Mining, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence using the Python programming language and state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tools, lasting 100 hours in five weeks.
Rationale
To achieve the goal of the program, participants will gain complete theoretical knowledge and practical training in the Python programming language and the most modern Business Intelligence tools.
More specifically, as presented by Forbes, Data Science professionals are at the top for the 4th consecutive year for “Best job to apply in America”. In addition, a number of studies, indicatively the McKinsey Global Institute in “The age of Analytics: Competing in a data-driven world“, show that there is a huge gap and an urgent need for competent and specialized data science executives, and that companies have realized that their most important asset is data and they want their decisions to be data-driven, something that is realized only through the application and utilization of techniques and methods of Business Intelligence and Data Science in general.
The study “Data Science in the New Economy: A new race for talent in the Fourth Industrial Revolution” of the World Economic Forum, in collaboration with Burning Glass Technologies, Coursera and LinkedIn, states that the low job supply in the fields of Data Science and Data Analytics is limiting the growth and development of many companies, even outside the IT sector.
Based on the above, the training program has been formulated according to the logic «project based industry simulation» and provides the appropriate theoretical background and hands-on experience in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Science and Decision Making by analyzing and approaching advanced topics, industry patterns and best practices.
