The ReGeneration Academy for Digital Acceleration | Data Engineering Lab powered by TITAN is a new initiative within the framework of the ReGeneration Academy for Digital Acceleration powered by TITAN, a significant and longstanding collaboration of ReGeneration and TITAN, aimed at accelerating digital transformation in Greece.
This Academy is an intensive training program comprising of 100 training hours over 8 weeks. It targets young talents, graduates and postgraduates, aiming to upskill them in the design and efficient operation of infrastructure and database systems used for the management and analysis of large datasets.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend an intensive hands-on training program, where they will be exposed to basic and more advanced principles in Software Engineering Aspects, Data & Data Management Systems, Distributed and Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouses, Data Integration and Data Analysis. Specifically, they will learn about theoretical principles and best practices for data collection and storage, database creation and usage, as well as data extraction, transformation, and loading (Data Integration, ETL) into Data Warehouses. The program will also include practical training and extensive workshops using the SQL data management language, on Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure), along with the utilization of cloud applications such as Databricks and leveraging the data visualization tool Power BI.
Duration and Schedule
The program consists of 100 training hours over 8 weeks in online courses held in virtual classroom environment and online collaboration platforms.

Conditions for Participation
Graduates of Greek or foreign schools of higher education (AEI / TEI / College), in one of the following academic directions:
- Information Technology and Computer Science
- Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering
- Mathematics & Statistics
- Applied Mathematics
- Postgraduate programs in fields related to data
- As well as Polytechnic Schools & Schools of Sciences, with data related studies
Additional Conditions:
Up to 29 years old, as the program is aimed at graduates at the beginning of their careers.
None or limited work experience:
0 to 3 years full time working experience, upon completion of studies.
Extracurricular activities:
Active involvement in extracurricular activities (eg volunteering, sports, entrepreneurship, art and any other non-academic activity).
