👩‍💻 WE LEAD Bootcamps on Front-end and Back-end Development are designed for women and individuals identifying as women who are interested in launching a career in tech, professionals looking to reskill, and those who want to re-enter the workforce after a break. Whether you have a basic understanding of computer science or minimal coding knowledge, these programs equip you with essential skills for success in your chosen specialization. The bootcamp is FREE of charge, eliminating financial barriers (the original market value exceeds €1500 per person).

🙌 Partnered with Code.Hub, the leading learning & development provider in Greece, we have developed a unique learning and development journey focusing on the latest front-end and back-end technologies and tools enabling them to thrive in the job market and pursue careers in Web Development and Software Development fields.

📅 Our 15-week bootcamp starts with an orientation week, where you’ll meet your fellow colleagues, gain a better understanding of the tech industry from experts, and get excited for what comes next. Following the orientation week, the tech training begins, consisting of live online training sessions in the evenings. These sessions provide real-time interaction and expert guidance. Upon completion, you’ll receive a shareable certificate in either front-end or back-end development.

🛠 The bootcamp places a strong emphasis on practical learning. You’ll work on a real-life project, build your portfolio, and demonstrate your abilities to potential employers. Weekly team and individual challenges enhance problem-solving and creative thinking.

🤝 Throughout the program, we prioritize your support. You’ll have access to dedicated Slack channels to connect with experts and fellow participants. Mentors will be by your side from day one. Exclusive Q&A sessions with experienced tech professionals offer valuable insights, inspiration, and a better understanding of how tech teams operate in different companies.

💼 We go beyond the bootcamp experience. After completing the tech training, our career week provides you with access to companies actively hiring in the tech industry. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with their tech and HR teams, and schedule interviews with companies that are disrupting their industries. Additionally, you’ll receive resources and guidance for CV and interview preparation to ensure a confident and professional presentation.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate in WE LEAD Bootcamp on either Front-End Development or Back-End Development, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a woman or an individual identifying themselves as a woman
• Be 18 years old or above
• Strong interest in launching a career in tech, reskill or re-entering the tech industry after a break
• Have good knowledge of both Greek and English languages
• Meet AT LEAST ONE of following criteria*:

• Academic Background: Hold a degree or are in their senior year in STEM, Computer Science, or Software Engineering OR
• Work Experience: Have at least 6 months of working experience in a relevant technology sector OR
• Project Participation: Have actively participated in a relevant technology project, such as the development of a website using any tool OR
• Programming Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of basic programming principles through the successful completion of any relevant course, whether attended live or online. This could include courses from platforms like LinkedIn, Udemy, Coursera, or other training providers.

*Meeting any of these criteria ensures that participants have a foundational understanding of computer science concepts, providing a solid basis for learning and excelling in the bootcamp.

Registration Process

*The following steps are subject to change without prior notice.

1️⃣ Online application: Send us your application and tell us more about yourself and the reasons you want to participate in this program.

2️⃣ Fundamentals of coding and analytical skills test: This test will help us assess your level of programming knowledge and critical thinking. Don’t worry if you don’t answer all questions correctly!.

3️⃣ Technical interview: This interview will take place with technology professionals and aims to further assess your skills, knowledge and readiness for the training program, as well as your own better understanding of the tech industry.

4️⃣ Final interview: This interview is an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other better and discuss the program in more detail.

Duration & Schedule

*** The Schedule is subject to minor adjustments ***

The program is separated in two paths and women participants during the application process will express their interest to follow one of them.
Path 1 | Back-end Apps Development: Duration of the program: 100 hours in 15 weeks.

Path 2 | Front-end Apps Development: Duration of the program: 80hours in 15 weeks.

Both paths commence and finish on the same day and there will be at least two joint sessions during the bootcamp:

End Date: 31 January 2024
Sessions: Monday and/or Wednesday @ 18.00-21.15
Final Presentations: 31 January 2024
