Their cloud-based School Management System is designed to simplify school administration, making life easier for school owners, educators and administrators alike.

About the Role

As they continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Success and Support Associate to join their dynamic team. If you love connecting with people and are excited about making a real impact, this role is for you! You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that supports their existing customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their platform.

Your Day-to-Day Involves

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers daily through email, chat, tickets and scheduled
  meetings, providing them with exceptional support and guidance.
• Onboarding Success: Set new accounts up for success by facilitating smooth and effective
  onboarding processes, ensuring customers are well-acquainted with their platform.
• Relationship Building: Be the face of their accounts, nurturing relationships through personalized
  interactions and various engagement strategies.
• Content Creation: Create and update video content for new features, and maintain their Knowledge
  Base to ensure customers have access to the latest information and resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure customer
  requests are heard and addressed, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and their product, advocating for customer needs and sharing valuable insights to drive product improvements.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer queries with efficiency and creativity, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
