Role Overview:
The IT Business Analyst will be an integral part of an Energy Project team, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, document, and implement critical system changes. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and end-user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, systems testing, and process optimization, bringing strong analytical and communication skills to manage complex requirements.

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and end-user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, systems testing, and process optimization, bringing strong analytical and communication skills to manage complex requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document required changes. Prepare and communicate detailed specifications for system modifications to relevant internal and third-party development teams.
- Act as a primary link between business units and the technical team, planning and directing the analysis of complex business issues to design effective solutions.
- Develop components of the systems test plan, create test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide high-quality support to end-users, offering business and technical process guidance while driving continuous improvement in existing systems.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to monitor process execution, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Accountable for designing, documenting, and maintaining business processes to align with business needs and project guidelines.
- Gather, monitor, and prioritize business requests, contributing to request management and the delivery of accurate solutions that meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within energy, consulting, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all organizational levels.
