You will be joining a fast-growing GameTech project, among the largest and most innovative in the world, active in 19 international markets and counting. Our partner offers a wide range of digital entertainment services to millions of users and is known for continuously investing in cutting-edge technologies. The team is diverse, multinational, and driven by a strong vision for inclusive growth, with operations across three continents and a workforce of over 2,700 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models (e.g., dimensional/star schema) to support analytics and reporting.
• Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and business-aligned datasets.
• Apply data quality testing and validation to ensure accuracy and trust in data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies through hands-on investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business logic into data transformations.
• Build and maintain analytical data layers within the Data Hub for the market.
• Work on data transformations and reconsolidation processes to ensure consistency across sources.
• Support ETL processes and ensure data is properly structured for downstream consumption.
• Support self-service analytics and improve data accessibility.
• Contribute to monitoring and operationalizing data solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, or similar role.
• Strong fundamentals in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation workflows.
• Solid understanding of data quality testing and validation practices.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
• Hands-on investigation mindset and problem-solving depth.
• Good understanding of core data engineering concepts.
• Experience working with data discrepancies and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with Python (or PySpark) for data transformation.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python for data transformation or analysis.
• Familiarity with dbt and version control (Git).
• Exposure to modern data stack and architectures.
• Knowledge of data warehousing technologies (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
