You will be joining a fast-evolving project, within one of the leading global players in the building materials and cement industry, operating across multiple international markets and driving large-scale infrastructure and construction initiatives worldwide. The project is part of the company’s strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation across its global operations.

As part of our partner’s project, you will contribute to strengthening HR data capabilities and enabling data-driven decision making, supporting a diverse, multinational organization committed to continuous improvement and long-term sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and enhance People Analytics dashboards and reports that support strategic and operational HR decisions.
  • Translate business needs into analytical requirements and reporting specifications.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses & reports on key HR topics (e.g. headcount, turnover, hiring, performance, engagement, diversity).
  • Extract, prepare, validate and analyze HR datasets from core HR systems.
  • Partner with HR CoEs and local HR teams to understand reporting needs and analytical use cases.
  • Support the definition, documentation and standardization of key HR metrics and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Science & Technology, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
  • MSc in Data Analytics, Human Resources will be considered a plus
    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Visier, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Knowledge of HR systems and applications, such as SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Excel and basic SQL or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Greek.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret & synthesize complex data.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining interactive dashboards and visual storytelling reports using modern BI tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms and data ecosystems, ideally including SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS solutions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages for extracting, transforming and validating datasets.
  • Exposure to HR analytics practices, including workforce planning, talent insights, and KPI-driven reporting environments.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional, international teams within large-scale or consulting/project-based organizations.

Salary (Ind.): 1800-2200 € / Per month Gross
