The company is on a transition phase at the moment, where they implement new technologies (Spring Boot, microservices architecture) and they are looking for a RPA Engineer to join their team. ​

Position Responsibilities:

• Identification of processes that require automation in collaboration with all the Company’s Departments
• Creation of business requests for automation (demand description) and mapping all relevant work flows
• Implementation/automation of processes, utilizing technologies such as RPA, OCR, Machine Vision, AI, Machine learning, python etc.
• Maintenance and enhancements of automations in production
• Drafting, updating and sharing reports with the results of automation in production
• Communication with IT Department in the context of planning, development and maintenance of automations
• Continuous monitoring of market trends/developments and taking advantage of new tools/technologies for the optimal automation of company’s flows

To summarize, the suitable candidate should be able to deliver the Process Analysis/Design, Requirements validation, Automation development, IST, UAT, support activities and maintenance of use cases in production (existing and/ or new ones), following Generali’s guidelines and framework of working.

• The technologies we use are RPA(UiPaath), MS Office, OCR, Python, AI,Machine learning and Computer Vision depends on the demands of the project.
• The required skills of the candidate are:
• Perfect written and oral knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Perfect knowledge of RPA (UiPath), at least 2-3 years of expirience
• MS Office and
• Good Knowledge of OCR, Python, AI, Machine learning and Computer Vision.
