Work you’ll do:

As a Senior Software Engineer (Python) you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly-performant, customized and responsive applications that meet business process and application requirements.

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with their cross-functional development team to design, develop, and maintain Python-based and Django Framework-based software solutions that power their cutting-edge products.
• Contribute to the development of new features, applications, and tools that drive the evolution of their products.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain the integrity of our software solutions.
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
• Work on cross-functionally agile teams to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards .

What you need to have

• At least 4 years’ of working experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer, using Python.
• Experience in developing REST applications using Django
• Experience with Git (forking, branching, merging)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB or Postgres SQL)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working as a member of an Agile software development team, e.g. participating in planning sessions and interpreting user stories, doing code reviews, pair programming
• Ability to think creatively to design/build applications that meet business process and application requirements
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
