The Senior Solution Architect (.NET/Angular) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies and the Angular framework. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders, lead development teams, provide troubleshooting and maintenance services, and ensure architectural integrity and compliance with business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Develop and document comprehensive software architecture strategies, patterns, and frameworks for complex enterprise applications.
• Design & Development: Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Angular frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction to development teams, fostering adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products aligned with organizational objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Lead efforts to diagnose, resolve, and maintain application performance and availability issues, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
• Code Reviews & Standards: Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure the delivery of maintainable and high-quality software solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and system architecture to enhance overall system efficiency.
• Security: Ensure application designs comply with security and regulatory requirements, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in .NET and Angular development to foster innovation and operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation for architectural solutions and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Architecture & Design

• Extensive experience in enterprise application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in system integration, scalability, and performance optimization.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior-quality solutions.
• Working experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, and daily meetings.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a related role.
• At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development (including .NET Core and Entity Framework Core).
• Proven history of delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud deployments, along with GitHub Actions, is highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in .NET, Angular, or cloud platforms will be regarded as an advantage.

Preferred & Advantageous Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud-native application design and implementation using Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge or experience in the banking, financial services, or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
