Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to execute and operationalize the documentation framework, supporting the knowledge transfer ecosystem of our client.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating, structuring, and maintaining high-quality, automation-ready documentation that serves as the single source of truth for their products and solutions. This includes architecting and maintaining structured content using advanced Microsoft Word capabilities, ensuring all materials follow rigid formatting controls, consistent terminology, and reusable content principles. Working under the strategic direction of the Training Lead, you will execute the defined standards and produce modular documentation that directly supports onboarding programs, client training, and certification paths.

Your work will reinforce a documentation-first approach, ensuring that as our client evolves, their knowledge remains consistent, accessible, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the documentation strategy, governance standards, and structural framework defined by the Training Lead, ensuring full alignment with organizational standards and knowledge transfer objectives.
• Develop and maintain structured, modular, automation-ready documentation that serves as the single source of truth for product knowledge and training development.
• Architect and manage advanced Microsoft Word “Smart Templates” leveraging structured Styles, Content Controls, Field Codes, dynamic image placeholders, and structured data population mechanisms (arrays/lists).
• Produce clear, accurate, high-quality technical documentation (user manuals, configuration guides, product specifications) that translates complex concepts into structured and accessible content.
• Ensure strict adherence to formatting controls, terminology governance, and reusable content principles, maintaining consistency across all documentation outputs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management and UX/UI) to gather, validate, and continuously update technical information.
• Apply robust version control and documentation lifecycle management practices, ensuring traceability, accuracy, and controlled updates.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance, structural validation, and proofreading to maintain high standards of precision and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Technical & Automation Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Technical Writing, Documentation Engineering, or a related field within structured or technical environments.
• Deep expertise in designing modular, automated documentation templates (experience with advanced MS Word automation like Smart Templates).
• Proven ability to design structured, modular documentation systems aligned with governance frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and logically structured documentation for diverse audiences.
• High attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to consistency in terminology, formatting, and documentation lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with version control systems and documentation repositories.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively within defined processes and quality standards.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams (developers, product managers, UX/UI) and align documentation outputs with training and curriculum needs.
