Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an AI Business Analyst to join their AI Services team. In this role, you will act as the link between clients and technical teams, analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring that AI-driven solutions align with business goals. While this is not a hands-on engineering role, you should have a strong understanding of GenAI technologies and be able to evaluate their potential, communicate their value to stakeholders, and support solution design. You will also contribute to RFPs and proposals, ensuring that client requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the solutions delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering

• Conduct client workshops and consultations to identify business objectives and challenges.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Business Analysis & Solution Support

• Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design AI/IDP/DMS use cases.
• Assess the feasibility of GenAI technologies for specific business needs.
• Prepare business cases, functional documentation, and process flows.

RFPs and Proposal Preparation

• Contribute to RFP and proposal writing, providing clear input on business requirements and solution scope.
• Work with presales and technical teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations.

Project Support and Delivery

• Support project planning and monitor requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in testing and validation from a business perspective.
• Ensure solutions meet both technical and business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver presentations and reports that highlight solution value and business impact.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in AI/ML, IDP, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss technical aspects at a business level.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and business case preparation.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of AI solution architectures and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
