About the Role:

They are seeking a .NET Software Developers to join software implementation projects delivered through a large consulting partner for enterprise end customers.

The role follows a staff augmentation model, where developers are embedded within established client development teams and contribute to business-critical systems in structured, enterprise delivery environments. This position offers exposure to complex applications, modern development practices, and high-impact projects within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade software applications using the .NET technology stack
• Develop, enhance, and maintain existing applications and systems in production environments
• Collaborate closely with client development teams, architects, and project leaders
• Participate in Agile or hybrid Agile delivery processes, including planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Support integration efforts with internal systems, external APIs, and third-party services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance requirements, especially in regulated environments
• Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

What They’re Looking For:

Core skills:

• Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience in .NET development
• Professional experience with exposure to real production environments beyond academic projects
• Good knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Experience with Git-based version control systems
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise application development

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, or full-stack development
• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Previous experience in enterprise, consulting, or regulated environments such as Energy or Financial Services
