Our client is seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, develop, and manage complex AI IT projects, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and modern methodologies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead technical teams, coordinating projects that impact the Bank’s technological evolution. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively contributing to the design of high-complexity architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications and LLM-based solutions for business needs, including conversational assistants and text analytics tools.
- Develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for tasks such as query classification, topic analysis, and automated content summarization.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures by integrating internal and external data sources and utilizing vector search technologies.
- Design and implement agentic and multi-agent workflows to automate data collection, processing, and synthesis from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and knowledge base pipelines to support AI applications with structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into business processes and reporting tools.
- Supervise a team of 3–5 members and external partners during project implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Data Science or a related field
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering / Artificial Intelligence / Algorithms / Data Engineering / AI/ML / People Management
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Generative AI, including:
- Designing and implementing AI/ML architectures, especially using Generative AI solutions (content generation, code synthesis, conversational AI)
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (primarily LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith)
- Experience with Generative AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI Service
- Designing scalable and efficient Generative AI solutions tailored to business needs
- At least 5 years of recent experience in:
- Implementing and deploying Machine Learning solutions in production environments, including model development frameworks and containerization technologies
- Programming (primarily Python), including tools & frameworks such as FastAPI and uv, and ML frameworks (primarily PyTorch)
- Data technologies: Spark and Databricks
- Cloud architectures (Azure, GCP), including AI/ML services (e.g., Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
- Technical skills:
- Programming Languages: Python
- Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
- Data Processing: SQL, NoSQL, Spark (PySpark)
- Databases / RDBMS: SQL / NoSQL, Microsoft SQL Server
- Data Science / ML Engineering
- Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level)
