For their newly formed Cloud First Networks (CFN) business unit of they are looking for new talent to complement their team. Their existing 8,000+ team of strong Network Professionals combine deep business insight and technology supporting CSPs (Communication Service Providers); Technology and Hyperscale clients to deploy, transform; scale and operate their networks. WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing networks and configuring and maintaining network infrastructure to support a variety of projects. You will be collaborating with other team members to sustain network solutions in a cross-functional environment which combines interoperable systems, applications and platforms.
Network Engineer:
- Install, configure, maintain network infrastructure (routers and switches)
- Monitor network infrastructure and perform relevant troubleshooting
- Participate in major transformation projects (e.g., SD-WAN, SDDC, Cloud Migration).
Qualifications
WHO THEY´RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecoms or equivalent field
- Min. 2 years of experience on routing and switching with knowledge of Enterprise WAN and Data Center technologies
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of IP routing including TCP/IP and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Experience in network management and network monitoring tools
- Familiarity with SDN technologies and principles (e.g. SD-WAN, SDDC)
- Certification in industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent Knowledge) will be considered as a plus
- Ability to communicate, understand and effectively work with their Clients to articulate their requirements and challenges
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
