As an assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of their innovative cannabis trading platform. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work across various trading, logistics, and technology aspects within the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. If you’re a detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency and a multitasking knit, they want you on their team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects- sample ordering, post-trading activity, and logistics operations.
- Manage partnerships, create analysis forms, record sample orders
- Handle platform sample orders and payments, coordinate deliveries, and support the sales team.
- Oversee post-trade admin activities, generate and send invoices, monitor payments and product tracking
- Assist in managing logistics operations, coordinate shipments, handle customs procedures, and manage related invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent/Native in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Technological savvy with an interest in cannabis, commodities, and finance.
