Our client is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in financial technology and digital transformation. With a strong international presence, the company develops innovative software products and platforms that help organizations optimize credit management, lending, payments, and business operations. Through a combination of advanced technology, industry expertise, and a customer-centric approach, they support businesses in improving efficiency, driving growth, and accelerating their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and Maintain Cloud Iaas/PaaS workloads in MS Azure like VMs and SQL Databases.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure Application Gateways and Front Door configurations.
• Implement GPO-based security hardening and baseline configurations on Azure VMs and workloads.
• Configure and maintain Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners.
• Engage in technical presales tasks for Azure services cost estimation and monitoring.
• Liaise with vendors and other departments for problem resolution.
• Maintain solid knowledge of various vertical areas of functionality and technology within related IT engineering technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hand-on experience in Azure cloud platform (deployment & maintenance).
• Client oriented with client facing experience.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and project teams, contributing to planned deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Competencies

• Hands-On experience on MS Azure including IaaS/PaaS, Application Gateways, Front Door.
• Very good knowledge in Internet protocols relative to troubleshooting cloud and hybrid infrastructure connectivity.
• Good Knowledge and hands-on experience on administering Microsoft products and Services – Active Directory (OU/GPOs), SQL Server and database instances PaaS/IaaS, IIS.
• Knowledge in configuration of Monitoring Software and/or Full-Stack Observability platforms.
• Certified in Azure Administrator associate (AZ-104) and in progress on at least one of the following:
  1. Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801)
  2. Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
  3. Azure Networking Solutions (AZ-700)
  4. Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500)
• Any additional Azure or related certifications will be considered a plus
• Knowledge and experience in services and platforms like Microsoft RDS Servers, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM will be considered a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or Remote Desktop Services (RDS) administration.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Bicep, for Azure resource provisioning.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting to automate Azure administration and operational tasks.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions in Microsoft Azure.
