defense forces, public safety organizations, and civil protection agencies worldwide. Their mission is to revolutionize decision-making and operational efficiency through advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, natural language understanding, and real-time data analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Programming:
   • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation tasks.
   • Experience with key Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
2. SQL:
   • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
   • Experience in writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and handling large datasets.
3. Machine Learning:
   • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
   • Hands-on experience implementing machine learning models, from data preprocessing to deployment.
   • Familiarity with model evaluation and improvement techniques.
4. Data Handling:
   • Expertise in working with structured and unstructured data.
   • Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Data Visualization:
   • Experience in creating interactive and impactful visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
   • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and visual narratives.
2. Big Data Technologies:
   • Exposure to tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Google BigQuery.
3. Cloud Platforms:
   • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage, analysis, and model deployment.
4. Communication Skills:
   • Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Experience presenting data insights in reports, dashboards, or presentations.
5. Statistical Knowledge:
   • Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques for predictive modeling and hypothesis testing.
6. DevOps/Automation:
   • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools for automating workflows (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
